Account Manager – Short-Term Rental Revenue Management

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our short‑term rental team. The role combines client relationship management with revenue optimisation to drive higher occupancy, ADR and overall portfolio performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts as the primary point of contact.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and stakeholders.
• Develop and implement revenue strategies to maximise occupancy and profitability.
• Monitor market trends, competitor pricing and demand patterns.
• Manage pricing, availability and restrictions across multiple booking channels.
• Utilise revenue‑management tools such as PriceLabs, Wheelhouse, Beyond Pricing or similar platforms.
• Prepare and present performance reports covering occupancy, ADR, RevPAR and revenue insights.
• Collaborate with operations, guest communications and marketing teams to improve portfolio performance.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and revenue growth.
• Ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication and strategic recommendations.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in account management, revenue management or short‑term rental operations.
• Proven track record of managing revenue strategies for vacation rentals or property‑management portfolios.
• Hands‑on experience with revenue‑management platforms (PriceLabs, Wheelhouse, Beyond Pricing, etc.).
• Strong analytical ability to interpret market data and performance metrics.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets and reporting tools.
• Strong organisational and problem‑solving capabilities.
