Accounting Senior Associate

About the role

The Accounting Senior Associate is responsible for maintaining the financial integrity of WPP Media by ensuring accurate recording, analysis, and reporting of all accounting transactions. This role supports strategic decision‑making by delivering timely and reliable financial information in line with GAAP and IFRS standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and verify financial statements (annual and periodic) and management reports.
• Conduct comprehensive account analysis and perform complex reconciliations.
• Support external and internal audits, including PWC, SOX, Tax, and BFC audits.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal financial controls.
• Collaborate with finance teams to improve reporting processes and data quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Proven experience preparing financial statements and management reports.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on accuracy and detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency in ERP systems.
• Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
