Accounting Specialist – Peru (Full‑time)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Accounting Specialist to join our Peru operation. This full‑time position is ideal for an early‑career professional who enjoys hands‑on accounting work, continuous improvement, and collaboration within a multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Support tax compliance with local Peruvian regulations.
• Assist with bank reconciliations, payment processing, and expense control.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure audit‑ready records.
• Collaborate with internal teams on budgeting and financial planning.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory entities as needed.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and financial controls.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Up to 5 years of experience in accounting roles.
• Strong knowledge of Peruvian accounting and tax regulations.
• Fluent English for daily communication with regional teams; Chinese is a plus.
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
