Accounts & Bookkeeping Associate for US Clients

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Accounts & Bookkeeping Associate to support U.S.‑based clients with daily financial operations. Working remotely, you will ensure accurate books, clean invoicing, and up‑to‑date financial records, providing clients full visibility into their numbers.

Key responsibilities

• Record and categorize daily financial transactions.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, generate invoices, follow up on outstanding balances, and log payments.
• Perform regular bank and credit‑card reconciliations.
• Build and send invoices based on team or client input, verifying details before billing.
• Support monthly close processes by preparing reports and flagging discrepancies.
• Maintain organized financial records in QuickBooks, Xero, or similar platforms.
• Coordinate with internal teams to verify costs and resolve billing issues.
• Deliver regular financial summaries and immediately flag anomalies.

Required profile

• 2+ years of bookkeeping, accounting support, or billing experience, preferably in a BPO or serving U.S. clients.
• Strong spoken and written English (C1 level preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
• Average tenure of at least one year per of the last three positions.
• High attention to detail with zero tolerance for errors.
