About the role
This position supports the operations team by handling a wide range of clerical and administrative tasks. You will work on‑site in Lima, providing both executive assistance and front‑desk services while learning to use new technologies and internal software.
Key responsibilities
- Control settlement of salaries and payments to personnel.
- Monitor invoice expirations and keep documents up to date.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly using internal tools.
- Monitor compensation and benefits plans.
- Collect and verify time‑keeping information for all employees.
- Perform receptionist duties as needed.
- Serve as the point person for office generalist duties such as maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, bills, errands, budgets, shopping, logistics and coordination.
- Adapt to additional tasks outside the core specification when required.
Required profile
- Fluency with computers, mobile devices and software applications.
- Near‑native proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent time‑management and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Technology‑savvy with interest in new‑generation tools.
- Availability to work full‑time on‑site (Mon‑Fri, 9 AM‑6 PM).
