Agentic Product Designer – Remote (Latin America)

About the role

FullStackFullStack is seeking an Agentic Product Designer to join client teams on a remote, project‑based basis across Latin America. You will work side‑by‑side with existing designers, engineers, and AI/ML specialists to create AI‑native experiences that empower users.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate directly into client product teams and collaborate daily with designers, engineers, product managers, and researchers.
• Lead end‑to‑end design initiatives from discovery and research through high‑fidelity prototypes and implementation.
• Develop and maintain reusable design systems, component libraries, and UI frameworks.
• Utilise AI‑assisted tools such as Cloud Cursor to accelerate prototyping, iteration, and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Design workflows powered by AI assistants, copilots, automation systems, and LLM‑based experiences.

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional product, UI/UX, or related design experience.
• Advanced English proficiency and a completed four‑year college degree.
• Proven ability to take extreme ownership of design work and deliver high‑quality outcomes.
• Experience working on large, complex systems within Agile/Scrum environments.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including complex prototyping, auto‑layout, component libraries, design systems, variables, and developer handoff.
• Hands‑on experience with Cursor (Cloud Cursor) or similar AI‑assisted design environments.
• Strong understanding of agentic UX principles, AI‑native product patterns, and human‑AI interaction design.
• Expertise in interaction design, information architecture, visual design, and usability best practices.
