Agentic Software Engineer – Google Antigravity (Remote, LATAM)

About the role

FullStackFullStack is seeking an Agentic Software Engineer to work on cutting‑edge AI‑driven development using Google Antigravity. The position is fully remote and targets talented engineers in Latin America who can collaborate with U.S. client teams on high‑impact projects.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate into client teams and work daily with designers and engineers.
• Coordinate AI‑generated code across large, multi‑file systems while maintaining architectural oversight.
• Translate complex product requirements into AI‑friendly specifications and documentation.
• Design and iterate AI‑first development workflows from specification through deployment.
• Conduct disciplined human‑in‑the‑loop reviews and risk‑adjusted validation for safety‑critical flows.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Deep understanding of full‑stack architectures and Agile/Lean practices.
• Advanced English proficiency and a completed four‑year college degree.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week remotely and deliver high‑quality production software.
