Analista de Contabilidad

About the role

The Accounting Analyst will join The Office Gurus' finance team in La Libertad, working on‑site full‑time. This role supports the month‑end and year‑end closing processes and ensures accurate financial reporting in line with company policies and accounting standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review journal entries.
• Assist with monthly and annual financial closing activities.
• Support the preparation of financial statements.
• Reconcile accounts and analyze variances.
• Monitor financial transactions and ensure timely, accurate recording.
• Provide data and analysis for internal reports.
• Respond to finance‑related inquiries from operations teams.
• Support audits and internal reviews.

Required profile

• Strong accounting foundation and knowledge of finance principles.
• Analytical mindset for interpreting financial data and identifying trends.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and strong organizational skills.
• Effective communication and ability to work collaboratively across functions.
• Experience in shared services, BPO or call‑center environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with accounting software.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including spreadsheets and reconciliations.
