About the role

Join Puma Peru as a PR & Social Media Analyst, supporting the execution of local PR strategies, influencer activations, and social media management to strengthen brand relevance.

Key responsibilities

• Support execution of local PR and campaign activations, building relationships with media, journalists, influencers, UGC creators and opinion leaders.
• Manage influencer marketing strategy from identification and profile management to creative content development, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and objectives.
• Oversee Puma Peru’s social media presence, planning and executing content in line with brand goals and regional guidelines.
• Identify and develop partnership, collaboration and experiential opportunities to connect the brand with local audiences.
• Track and report on social media, PR, influencer marketing, events and creator projects, analysing metrics, reach, engagement and content quality to generate insights.
• Provide performance analysis and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in marketing, agency, communications, PR or social media roles.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, current trends and influencer ecosystems.
• Ability to work with media KPIs and deliver data‑driven insights.
