Assistant Teacher (Primary) – 2026 School Year

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Teacher for the 2026 school year to support our primary classroom environment. The role focuses on delivering inclusive, engaging, and innovative learning experiences while fostering a caring atmosphere for students.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the classroom teacher in delivering lessons aligned with the Primary curriculum.
• Prepare and organize learning materials, classroom resources, and displays.
• Promote positive behavior and maintain an inclusive classroom climate.
• Provide academic and emotional support to students needing extra guidance.
• Collaborate with teachers to monitor student progress and communicate with families.
• Participate in school events, professional development, and extracurricular activities.
• Ensure student safety and well‑being during class time, recess, and lunch duties.

Required profile

• Degree in Education, preferably with a specialization in Primary Education.
• Minimum of 1 year experience supporting teaching and learning in primary classrooms, ideally in bilingual or international settings.
• Strong understanding of child development and effective pedagogical strategies.
• Fluent English (native‑level proficiency).
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities.
• Commitment to student well‑being, innovation, and active learning.
