Back Office Executive

About the role

ALS is hiring a Back Office Executive in Arequipa to support customer service and service delivery. The role coordinates with the different areas of the organisation to ensure agreed service commitments are met, and covers commercial processes, client complaints and follow-up on field work.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out commercial processes so that services can be delivered without observations.
• Receive and handle client complaints, ensuring service level agreements are met.
• Coordinate client requests related to monitoring, material delivery, sample collection and changes to monitoring.
• Ensure field work is carried out according to plan and update commercial processes for any incidents.
• Coordinate availability of equipment, staff and materials with the involved areas.
• Obtain client approval for services so that invoicing can proceed.
• Record client queries and complaints to maintain incident statistics and improve services.
• Follow up on the delivery of the final report within agreed deadlines.

Required profile

• Citizen or permanent resident of the country of application, or able to obtain a valid working visa.
