Bilingual Customer Service Specialist (Spanish/English) – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual (Spanish-English) Customer Service Specialist to join our TalentPop team remotely. You will be the friendly voice and helpful chat support that our e‑commerce customers rely on, delivering fast and courteous assistance across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, live‑chat and email inquiries, providing accurate information and solutions.
• Troubleshoot technical and order‑related issues, aiming for quick resolution.
• Personalise each interaction to understand customer needs and build lasting relationships.
• Collaborate with teammates to continuously improve the overall customer experience.
• Provide feedback on processes and tools to help refine service quality.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online customer‑service experience.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English, with strong written and verbal communication.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk or similar ticketing platforms.
• Knowledge of Shopify or comparable e‑commerce systems.
• Comfort using CRM platforms.
