Bilingual Desktop Support Specialist – Lima (On-site)

About the role

We are seeking a Bilingual Desktop Support Specialist to join our IT Operations team in Miraflores, Lima. The role is 100% onsite and focuses on delivering fast, reliable technical assistance to end‑users in both English and Spanish.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support via phone, ticketing system, chat, and email.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system issues.
• Diagnose and resolve incidents efficiently.
• Escalate complex problems to specialized support teams.
• Document incidents and solutions accurately in the ticketing system.
• Support Microsoft and Linux environments.
• Assist with Office 365 administration and user support.
• Offer basic training and guidance to end users.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in desktop, help‑desk, or technical support roles.
• Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Full availability for rotating AM/PM shifts and occasional weekend coverage.
• Willingness to work onsite in Lima.
