Bilingual Litigation Assistant – Personal Injury (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Litigation Assistant to support a U.S.-based personal injury law firm. This full‑time, remote position offers long‑term growth within a high‑performance legal team, working closely with a Senior Litigation Paralegal.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule depositions, mediations, hearings, and client meetings.
• Manage calendars, court deadlines, and case timelines.
• Order and organize medical records and billing information.
• Maintain pleadings indexes in Filevine.
• Assist with e‑filing and document organization.
• Communicate with clients, medical providers, and legal teams.
• Ensure all files remain accurate and deadline‑compliant.

Required profile

• 1–2+ years of experience in U.S. litigation or personal injury.
• Prior remote work experience with U.S. law firms.
• Strong English fluency (written and spoken).
• Professional, proactive communication style.
• Ability to work independently during U.S. business hours.
• Located in Latin America or South Asia.

Required skills

• Experience with Filevine (highly preferred).
• Strong calendar management and deadline tracking.
