Bilingual Trainer – BPO (On-site, San Borja)

About the role

We are looking for a Bilingual Trainer to join our BPO team in San Borja. You will design and deliver engaging training programs for new hires, product updates, and ongoing learning initiatives, ensuring our workforce is ready to succeed.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver impactful training sessions using adult learning methodologies, both classroom and virtual.
• Coach and mentor new employees throughout the onboarding process.
• Monitor learner performance, provide constructive feedback, and support the transition from training to production.
• Evaluate training effectiveness, recommend improvements, and track key performance indicators.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including Operations, to align learning initiatives with business goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in training, facilitation, or learning & development.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities in both English and Spanish.
• Experience with coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
