Brand Change & Coordinator South LAC

About the role

The Brand Change & Coordinator (BC&I) supports the execution of innovation, brand change, liquid and packaging projects across the South Latin America region. Acting as the central liaison between Global BC&I, Marketing, Supply Chain, Governance and local teams, the role ensures project activities, timelines, documentation and commercialization requirements are completed accurately and on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain project status updates, identify risks or delays, and recommend follow‑up actions.
• Review project breakthroughs, highlight readiness gaps and support commercialization activities.
• Ensure all required project documentation is complete, aligned with process standards and obtain missing approvals.
• Identify and propose improvements to project tracking, reporting and coordination processes.
• Support management and tracking of the local innovation and brand‑change pipeline.
• Coordinate timelines, breakthroughs and stakeholder alignment across functions.
• Maintain project data, dashboards and reporting tools to provide visibility of pipeline progress.
• Assist in the rollout of regional and global innovation projects into local markets and in the commercialization of liquid and packaging changes.

Required profile

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple project streams.
• Experience working in a cross‑functional environment and aligning diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to identify risks early and communicate them to senior leads.
• Familiarity with regulatory and operational requirements in Latin American markets.
