Brand & Visual Designer – Remote Full‑Time

About the role

We are looking for a creative Brand & Visual Designer to shape the visual identities of our international coffee events, including the Producer Roaster Forum and Global Coffee Awards. This fully remote, permanent position offers the chance to work with a diverse, remote‑first team across Central and South America.

Key responsibilities

• Develop digital designs that support marketing and strategic goals.
• Create new graphics in line with existing brand guidelines.
• Design assets for social media, websites, newsletters, and print materials.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and team members on calls and meetings to translate project briefs into striking visuals.
• Adapt and improve existing assets for multiple platforms and formats.
• Maintain consistent visual elements across all channels.
• Contribute creative ideas during brainstorming sessions.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of digital design experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, and Sketch or similar tools.
• Experience with Figma or comparable design platforms.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage print‑ready content.
• Strong understanding of social‑media visual performance.
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaborative skills.
