Business Development Manager, Peru

About the role

The Business Development Manager will join TikTok's Growth Business team within the Global Business Solutions division, focusing on connecting creators and users with brands in Peru.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prioritize, and secure business opportunities.
• Drive revenue by forming partnerships with direct and agency clients.
• Provide consultative, strategic media solutions and create compelling sales propositions using data.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to execute operational and strategic initiatives.
• Develop best practices for client interaction, sales, and services, and deliver persuasive presentations based on market trends.
• Keep clients updated on TikTok products, educate them on best practices, and ensure high‑level customer service.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in marketing, brand advertising, media sales, or online advertising.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑changing environment with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Team player, collaborator, and passionate about TikTok marketing.
• Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Knowledge of self‑serve platforms, auction and biddable digital advertising buying.
• Expertise in social media, mobile apps, and digital/mobile marketing.
