Business Development Manager – Sportsbook (LATAM)

About the role

We’re looking for a revenue‑focused Business Development Manager to drive new commercial opportunities across the sportsbook and betting sectors in Latin America. The role is high‑impact sales, requiring you to identify prospects, understand their challenges and match Genius Sports’ products to deliver value.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new sportsbook and betting prospects across LATAM.
• Understand client business challenges and propose tailored Genius Sports solutions.
• Close six‑figure (or larger) deals and build long‑term partnerships.
• Collaborate with internal product, data and operations teams to deliver winning solutions.
• Stay abreast of market trends, regulatory changes and industry developments.
• Represent Genius Sports at conferences, meetings and industry events throughout the region.

Required profile

• Proven success in B2B consultative sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Experience in the betting industry or selling to betting clients is strongly preferred.
• Fluency in both Spanish and English.
• Demonstrated ability to close six‑figure deals in sports, technology, data or media sectors.
• High‑energy, results‑oriented mindset with strong commercial creativity.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable engaging C‑suite executives.
