Business Development Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Business Development Specialist in Peru to lead growth initiatives for inDrive's Courier delivery business. You will own operational projects that balance supply and demand, drive city‑level growth, and work closely with cross‑functional teams to expand the marketplace.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute growth initiatives across supply and demand, accountable for city OKRs.
• Analyze and track data to monitor progress and effectiveness of ad‑hoc operational projects.
• Plan, execute, and track multiple initiatives simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and impact.
• Support launch and scaling of operations in new cities on the ground.
• Develop and manage local partnerships that strengthen supply and demand.
• Coordinate cross‑functional execution across all areas.
• Monitor and improve service quality and satisfaction metrics for couriers and customers.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in business development, operations, or business/data analysis, preferably in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, economics, management or a related field.
• Advanced English proficiency and willingness to travel and work on the ground.
