Business Transformation Consultant (Remote)

About the role

As a Business Transformation Consultant you will partner with cross‑functional teams to analyze current workflows, design optimized future‑state processes, and ensure that strategic objectives are translated into actionable execution plans. This remote position enables you to drive operational excellence for global clients while collaborating with BairesDev’s top‑tier talent.

Key responsibilities

• Lead requirements‑gathering workshops and map complex business processes to uncover improvement opportunities.
• Translate business needs into clear user stories and detailed acceptance criteria within Agile frameworks.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate seamless change management across diverse groups.
• Collaborate with project teams to refine product backlogs and prioritize critical deliverables.
• Coordinate and document end‑to‑end User Acceptance Testing to validate solution readiness.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Transformation, Business Analysis, or a closely related field.
• Proven track record in requirements gathering, process mapping, and defining user stories.
• Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, including backlog refinement.
• Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders and drive UAT activities.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
