Career Coach (part-time)

About the role

TripleTen is looking for a part‑time Career Coach to guide 150‑200 students and graduates through the job‑search process. You will work in a group setting, provide one‑on‑one support, and help ensure that every learner graduates job‑ready.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 150–200 students, offering group coaching and individual office hours as needed.
• Review resumes, LinkedIn profiles, portfolios and cover letters, delivering feedback within 24 hours.
• Conduct mock HR and cultural‑fit interviews and assess performance using internal guidelines.
• Track student progress in internal systems, flagging risks such as disengagement or delays.
• Facilitate community channels, share job‑market insights and host webinars or career events.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve career services and the overall student experience.
• Provide ad‑hoc career support with a 24‑hour response window.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience as a career coach, recruiter, HR professional or hiring manager (executive‑search experience is a plus).
• Strong understanding of the US job market, hiring practices and cultural nuances.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
