Channel Planning Manager – Retail & Wholesale

About the role

The Channel Planning Manager will act as the strategic hub for adidas’ Retail and Wholesale channels, ensuring integrated marketing plans are aligned, timely, and effective. This role drives growth by coordinating planning, alignment, and collaboration across all customer touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate execution and maintenance of channel marketing plans, documenting milestones and providing updates across business units.
• Support Sales and Concepts‑to‑Consumer teams in developing account‑specific marketing strategies and contribute to the Sales Working Budget.
• Organise recurring planning meetings, ensuring visibility and consistency for stakeholders.
• Monitor campaign performance, track market dynamics, and deliver actionable insights to Channel Activation and Visual Merchandising.
• Prepare clear briefs with defined objectives and timelines for activation teams.
• Support budget tracking and align execution priorities with business objectives.
• Maintain and update channel segmentation frameworks for top locations.

Required profile

• University degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Channel Planning, Marketing Operations, or Commercial Planning.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical, financial, and project‑management capabilities.
• Proven cross‑functional leadership and stakeholder‑management skills.
