Chemistry Expert – Remote Contract

About the role

We create high‑quality STEM training data for frontier AI models used by leading AI labs. As a Chemistry Expert you will design advanced, deterministic chemistry problems that challenge modern AI systems with deep reasoning and computational rigor.

Key responsibilities

• Design difficult chemistry problems that reflect real scientific workflows and have a single verifiable correct answer.
• Develop reasoning‑intensive, computationally grounded tasks using Python and domain‑specific chemistry tools or simulation packages.
• Ensure all tasks are reproducible, technically precise, and clearly documented with rigorous English explanations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's, Master’s or PhD in Chemistry or a related field.
• Research or industry experience involving computational or quantitative chemistry workflows.
• Strong Python skills with familiarity with scientific libraries.
• Excellent attention to detail and clear technical writing in English.
