Civil Construction Lead – Coroccohuayco Project

About the role

The Civil Construction Lead will provide technical oversight for all civil construction activities on the Coroccohuayco Project, ensuring integration between engineering, EPCM contractors and the Owner’s Team while meeting safety, quality, schedule and cost objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead civil construction activities, advise on constructability and best practices, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Monitor and support EPCM and construction contractors to remove execution constraints affecting schedule, cost or productivity.
• Coordinate with engineering, operations and support functions to optimise construction sequencing and execution methodologies.
• Develop and recommend construction procedures, promote innovation, and provide training on constructability reviews.
• Support the Construction Manager in site supervision, contract administration, cost control and resource coordination.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• 15+ years of experience in large‑scale earthworks and concrete construction for medium to mega projects, preferably in mining or natural resources.
• Experience working within Owner’s Teams, EPCM organisations or EPC contractors on greenfield and brownfield projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of civil construction methodologies, risk management and constructability practices.
• Advanced English and fluent Spanish communication skills.
