Key responsibilities

• Assist clients in planning trips by booking flights, hotels, cruises, resorts, tours, and excursions.
• Provide personalized destination recommendations based on client preferences.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, text, and social media.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of travel promotions, destination updates, and industry tools.
• Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after each trip.
