Clinical Regional Project Lead

About the role

The Clinical Regional Project Lead is a senior‑level manager responsible for overseeing clinical trial activities across designated regions, ensuring consistent operations and timely achievement of study milestones in line with ICH‑GCP and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project planning, implementation, and reporting for assigned regions.
• Serve as the primary contact for project teams and support services.
• Monitor KPIs, study timelines, and enrollment targets to ensure on‑track progress.
• Coordinate site contractual startup, negotiate budgets, and oversee site management.
• Supervise clinical project team members and deliver therapeutic‑area training.
• Oversee safety information flow, regulatory submissions, and audit preparation.

Required profile

• College or university degree in Life Sciences.
• Prior experience in clinical research and on‑site monitoring, preferably within the United States.
• Experience as a Study Manager or Clinical Trial Manager.
• Proven expertise in Oncology; gastrointestinal experience is a plus.
• Full proficiency in English.
