Collections Officer – Remote (LATAM)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Collections Officer to manage overdue accounts for US‑based customers. The role is fully remote and open to candidates located in Latin America. You will need to be persistent, professional, and able to communicate clearly in English.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and send emails to follow up on outstanding payments.
• Handle customer objections and payment delays with professionalism.
• Consistently follow up on payment commitments and maintain accurate records.
• Work toward daily and weekly collections targets and key performance indicators.

Required profile

• Proven collections experience.
• Experience handling US customers or accounts is strongly preferred.
• Strong spoken and written English.
• Comfortable making high‑volume outbound calls.
• Clear, direct, and concise communicator.
• Firm, persistent, and professional with strong follow‑through.
• Motivated by targets and performance metrics.
