Commercial Manager - Plastisur

About the role

Orbia is looking for a Commercial Manager for Plastisur, a brand in the southern region of Peru. The role ensures the growth and consolidation of Plastisur as a leading brand in the housing and infrastructure segments, manages the commercial team and implements growth plans aligned with the company's values.

Key responsibilities

• Manage sales activities and support marketing initiatives in the served markets.
• Lead customer service and manage key accounts directly.
• Define objectives, monitor performance and develop the commercial team.
• Evaluate costs of key products and propose or define pricing and commercial strategies.
• Protect product profitability and margins within the assigned portfolio.
• Implement projects that impact the Plastisur brand and the commercial team.
• Coordinate and support collection efforts carried out by the sales team.
• Lead the development and introduction of new Plastisur products.
• Analyze sales, pricing, market and profitability data to support business decisions.
• Monitor marketing activities and work with other department leaders in the southern region.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Sales Manager, Commercial Manager or in a similar leadership role.
• Intermediate to advanced English.
• High level of integrity, strong personal and professional values, and a trusted, collaborative, customer-oriented leadership style.
