Commercial Training Pharma Manager (Sales Capability)

About the role

We are seeking a Commercial Training Pharma Manager to lead sales capability development for P&G Health in Lima. The role focuses on designing and delivering training programs that enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance across the medical detailing team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic training plans for the sales force, including medical detailing diagnosis and curriculum design.
• Create training materials, communications, and learning sessions that drive execution excellence.
• Analyze team performance, evaluate training effectiveness, and design follow‑up programs.
• Lead onboarding for new hires and maintain dashboards to identify execution gaps.
• Own the governance framework for HCP interactions, translating policies into practical guidance.
• Conduct stewardship monitoring, including compliance KPIs, spot checks, audit readiness, and remediation follow‑up.
• Collaborate with regional business units to align training strategies and ensure completion of mandatory trainings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with a strong interest in sales and commercial training.
