Compliance Coordinator – Field Operations

About the role

The Compliance Coordinator will ensure the integrity of certification and compliance documentation for all licensed growers. You will act as the backbone of the compliance system, guaranteeing audit readiness, traceability, and timely response to compliance risks.

Key responsibilities

• Manage certification validity, renewals, and audit schedules to meet market requirements.
• Identify, track, and resolve non‑conformities and compliance gaps with growers.
• Provide guidance on certification standards and support audit preparation and execution.
• Maintain structured compliance tracking systems and deliver accurate reports to leadership.

Required profile

• Degree in Administration, Agronomy, Food Science, Quality Management or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in compliance or administrative roles involving certifications.
• Understanding of quality management systems and ESG principles.
