About the role

ACCIONA, a global leader in sustainable infrastructure, is seeking a reliable Van Driver to support transmission line and sub‑station projects in Ica, Peru. The role involves transporting personnel and materials safely while adhering to the company’s safety, quality and environmental standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate the assigned van according to the scheduled transport plan.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and complete the prescribed checklist.
• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance is carried out, including fuel, fluids, battery, lighting and overall vehicle condition.
• Verify that all mandatory documents (ID, driver’s license, insurance, technical inspection) are valid and up‑to‑date.
• Report any incidents, accidents, theft, vandalism or vehicle issues immediately to the supervisor.
• Restrict vehicle access to authorized crew members and follow the designated route without deviation.
• Carry out any additional tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor responsibly and efficiently.

Required profile

• Completed secondary education.
• Valid AIIB driver’s license.
• Minimum of 2 years of driving experience in the relevant vehicle category.
• Completed defensive driving or related safety courses.
