Content Marketing Manager – SaaS Startup

About the role

We are looking for a remote Content Marketing Manager to transform an existing content foundation into a scalable inbound revenue engine for a fast‑growing SaaS partnership platform. Working directly with the CEO, you will shape messaging, expand distribution, and align content with the company’s ideal customer profile and sales motion.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a content strategy that drives qualified inbound leads.
• Scale existing programs (newsletter, podcast, blog, G2) by improving structure, cadence, and distribution.
• Create B2B content for websites, landing pages, email newsletters, long‑form articles, webinars, in‑app messaging, and other digital touchpoints.
• Convert long‑form inputs (podcasts, calls, decks, LinkedIn posts) into high‑performing multi‑format assets.
• Write clear, senior‑level B2B copy that resonates with operators and decision‑makers.
• Refine and operationalize the company’s positioning, narrative, and category point‑of‑view.
• Maintain foundational assets such as case studies, feature explainers, and G2 content.
• Own the LinkedIn presence, manage digital content hubs, and optimize podcast and newsletter workflows.

Required profile

• High ownership mindset with the ability to influence market perception.
• Experience creating and scaling B2B content for SaaS or technology companies.
• Strong alignment with product, sales, and go‑to‑market teams.
• Comfort working in a fast‑paced, remote environment.
