Core Marketing and Innovations Manager

About the role

Visa is seeking a Core Marketing and Innovations Manager to join its Latin American Marketing Team and lead consumer‑focused marketing initiatives in Peru. The role will shape and execute Visa’s Core Marketing and Innovation strategy, driving brand equity, revenue growth, and engagement across social and gaming channels.

Key responsibilities

• Co‑lead the strategic planning and execution of the Core Marketing and Innovation strategy for the Peruvian market in partnership with the Andean Core Marketing Director.
• Develop and launch holistic marketing plans based on consumer insights, defining clear KPIs and outcomes.
• Manage media planning, agency relationships, and campaign execution for core initiatives.
• Design and implement social media strategies and gaming‑focused programs to increase brand relevance among Gen Z.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and internal stakeholders to align marketing activities with business objectives.
• Prepare and deliver strategic business presentations and analyses to support annual planning.
• Leverage owned digital platforms and social channels to grow audiences and convert them into subscribers.

Required profile

• Proven experience in leading consumer marketing strategy and execution, preferably within the payments or financial services sector.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to conduct research, frame insights, and translate them into actionable plans.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting strategies to senior leadership and external partners.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with marketing hubs, client‑marketing teams, and external agencies.
