CPFR Analyst – Collaborative Forecasting & Replenishment

About the role

The CPFR Analyst supports the execution of collaborative forecasting and replenishment processes with customers and internal stakeholders, helping improve service performance, forecast alignment and product availability. The role provides analytical insights for customer service objectives, OTIF performance and Joint Business Planning commitments, continuously monitoring demand and identifying risks early.

Key responsibilities

• Support execution of CPFR processes with customers and cross‑functional teams.
• Monitor forecast accuracy, forecast bias and customer demand performance.
• Analyze customer demand signals, sales trends and replenishment performance.
• Identify and flag risks that could impact on‑time‑in‑full (OTIF) delivery or service levels.
• Recommend forecast adjustments and actions to address availability or service risks.
• Investigate forecast and service deviations, provide recommendations and escalate unresolved issues.
• Provide customer insights and recommendations based on demand and service trends.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with experience in supply‑chain or demand‑planning environments.
• Ability to work closely with commercial, customer service and demand‑planning teams.
• Experience monitoring performance metrics and communicating risk insights.
• Comfortable making data‑driven recommendations and supporting decision‑making processes.
