Creator Partnership Manager – AI Beauty

About the role

We are building one of the skincare industry’s most trusted creator ecosystems. As a Creator Partnership Manager you will work directly with beauty, skincare and lifestyle creators, helping them grow their businesses while driving revenue for the company.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, onboard and support high‑quality skincare, beauty and lifestyle creators.
• Coordinate affiliate onboarding, commission structures, performance tracking and creator incentives.
• Provide product education, content ideas, best practices and ongoing coaching to maximise creator success.
• Maintain proactive communication and exceptional support to build long‑term trusted relationships.
• Develop initiatives, events and recognition programmes that strengthen the creator community.
• Partner with Commercial Growth, Brand Success and Operations to ensure creators have the tools and resources they need.
• Monitor creator KPIs, identify growth opportunities and continuously improve program performance.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, creator partnerships, community management, account management or business development, preferably within a consumer brand or e‑commerce environment.
• Experience with Shopify, TikTok Shop, affiliate platforms or creator commerce tools is highly desirable.
• Exceptional relationship‑building and communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong project‑management abilities.
• Passion for social media, creators, digital commerce and consumer brands; comfortable in a fast‑moving startup environment.
