Cruise Executive – Inbound Tour Operations

About the role

Abercrombie & Kent Peru is seeking a proactive Cruise Executive to join our Lima team. You will be responsible for managing cruise‑related operations, coordinating with local suppliers, and driving sales performance across Peru’s key tourism destinations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate hotels, transport, trains, restaurants and guides to ensure seamless cruise experiences.
• Travel to regional destinations (Cusco, Arequipa, Iquitos, Ica, Puno, Trujillo) to oversee operations and supplier performance.
• Analyze costs, manage margins and negotiate contracts with suppliers.
• Develop and propose new products, destinations and experiences to meet commercial KPIs.
• Work weekends and public holidays during the high season (October‑April) and maintain strong KPI tracking.

Required profile

• Degree in Tourism or a related field.
• More than 3 years of experience in similar roles at recognized inbound tour operators.
• Advanced English (spoken and written) and intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong knowledge of Peru’s priority tourism destinations.
• Ability to work under pressure, as part of a team, and handle weekend/holiday schedules.
