Customer Experience & Sales Specialist (Spanish Speaking)

About the role

Savvital provides offshore staffing solutions and virtual professionals for businesses. As a Customer Experience & Sales Specialist, you will act as a high-touch virtual professional for US-based salon and barberspa clients, serving as the primary voice of the business. You will deliver an exceptional client experience while driving revenue through phone sales, appointment setting, lead conversion and client win-back campaigns. The role suits a sales-driven person with a polished phone presence.

Key responsibilities

• Inbound lead conversion: answer and handle inbound calls with a confident, warm and polished phone manner, turn inquiries and warm leads into booked appointments, and overcome objections to close sales on the phone, including services, packages and premium upsells.
• Outbound follow-up and reactivation: run structured follow-up sequences for prospects who have not yet booked, and proactively contact past and inactive clients to win them back.
• Appointment calendar management: manage the client calendar end-to-end, booking, confirming, rescheduling and filling schedule gaps to maximise daily revenue.

Required profile

• 5+ years of proven sales experience with a verifiable record of performance.
• Clear, fluent spoken English with little to no noticeable accent; natural spoken English is critical.
• Proven history of converting leads into paying clients and booking appointments.
• Experience running follow-up sequences and winning back lapsed customers.
• Comfortable handling objections and asking for bookings directly.
• Self-starter ready to perform with minimal training.

Nice to have

• Background in a salon, spa, beauty, wellness or appointment-based service environment.
• Experience with booking software, scheduling platforms and CRM tools.
