Data & Analytics Manager – Finance

About the role

The Data & Analytics Manager – Finance will lead the strategy and implementation of data products for the Finance function across Latin America. Acting as a bridge between business and engineering, you will translate business needs into analytical solutions and guide technical teams to deliver impactful insights.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and manage financial data analytics projects and operations across Latin America.
• Translate large data sets into actionable insights that drive financial strategy and decision‑making.
• Manage the data analytics roadmap, stakeholder relationships, and broader strategic initiatives such as business development, operational efficiency, and regional expansion.
• Contribute to strategic planning by providing data‑driven insights and financial models.
• Lead, develop, and mentor a team of data analysts and finance professionals to ensure high performance and continuous skill growth.
• Partner closely with business leadership to execute the analytics agenda and identify best‑in‑class external partners for strategic projects.
• Develop custom models and algorithms to uncover signals, patterns, and trends that support long‑term business performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience using data analysis to make recommendations to senior leaders.
• Technical background in best‑in‑class analytics practices.
• Experience deploying new analytical approaches within a complex, matrixed organization.
• Strong business relationship skills and deep understanding of finance operations.
• Ability to critically assess solutions, propose course corrections, and discuss technical aspects with engineering teams.
