Demand Fulfilment Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Demand Fulfilment Coordinator to join our Americas Supply Chain team. In this position you will ensure smooth coordination between growers, sales, and logistics, maintaining accurate supply data, supporting forecasting, and facilitating efficient product allocation for fresh produce.

Key responsibilities

• Consolidate and format crop forecast data from growers, track outstanding estimates, and distribute forecasts to Sales, Logistics, Finance, Agronomy, and Quality teams.
• Monitor forecast versus actual performance, providing feedback for continuous improvement.
• Maintain and update farm‑specific allocation and volume projection workbooks; support Grower Controllers in updating sales plans.
• Assist in executing packing instructions, verify that sales opportunities align with packing directives, and communicate any discrepancies.
• Monitor the SupplyChainAmericas mailbox and support cross‑functional coordination across departments.
• Track containers daily, update shipment status in NetSuite (gate‑in/out, ATD, ATA), and communicate updates via the tracking system.
• Support data analysis and visualization of seasonal trends, and prepare reports for the Logistics Manager and Supply Chain team.
• Capture and maintain packing lists and related data in NetSuite, providing administrative support across supply‑chain processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Logistics, International Trade, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a planning or allocation role, preferably within fresh produce.
• Proficiency in Spanish (essential).

Required skills

• Experience with NetSuite or a similar ERP system.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and planning abilities with high attention to detail.
