Demand Writer Support Specialist (Remote, LATAM)

About the role

HireHawk connects skilled professionals with U.S. and Canadian companies. As a Demand Writer Support Specialist, you will help drive a busy personal injury demand pipeline by reviewing medical records and bills, organizing exhibits and preparing attorney-facing demand packages. The role suits someone who knows PI demand best practices and can stay precise under pressure, working in a case management system (Filevine preferred) with a high-volume backlog.

Key responsibilities

• Independently review medical records, bills and supporting documentation for demand-ready accuracy
• Verify billing and treatment timelines (dates, providers, gaps) and flag documentation issues before package assembly
• Build and organize complete demand packages with properly labeled exhibits
• Identify missing records, bills, liens or key documents and communicate what is needed to close the file
• Navigate disorganized or incomplete case files to find relevant documents quickly
• Maintain consistent exhibit preparation standards suitable for attorney review
• Support demand submission workflows using demand preparation software (EvenUp or similar)
• Manage multiple active demands and track task status in the case management system
• Contribute to process improvements that reduce rework and increase quality

Required profile

• Hands-on plaintiff personal injury experience
• Direct experience drafting PI demand letters and packages
• Strong independent medical record and bill review skills
• Experience preparing demand packages from intake to final assembly
• Comfort working in a high-volume environment with large backlogs
• Strong written English for attorney-facing work

Required skills

• Case management system (Filevine strongly preferred)
• Demand preparation software (EvenUp or similar)
• Nice to have: familiarity with California PI workflows and ability to draft 15-30+ demands per month
