DevOps Engineer (AWS) – Remote

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a seasoned DevOps Engineer with deep AWS expertise to design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure for its global clients. This fully remote role bridges development and operations, ensuring scalable, secure, and highly available services.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and manage robust AWS environments using core services (EC2, EKS, RDS) to guarantee high availability.
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines (CodePipeline, GitHub Actions) for seamless code integration and deployment.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning with IaC tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Optimize containerized workloads and orchestration strategies to improve performance and resource utilization.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance monitoring, logging, and incident response.
• Enforce security best practices, including IAM management and infrastructure hardening.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in DevOps engineering or cloud infrastructure.
• Proven track record managing AWS services (EC2, EKS, RDS).
• Hands‑on experience with Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines using CodePipeline or GitHub Actions.
• Strong understanding of Docker containerization.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
