Digital Manager

About the role

adidas is looking for a Digital Manager to lead the execution of its digital strategy across consumer touchpoints such as .com, social media, partner programs and wholesale platforms. The role will shape the digital consumer experience, drive insights, and support local content and CRM initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the digital consumer experience team and deliver monthly insights on consumer behavior, search trends, user experience and A/B testing ideas.
• Support local content creation and calendarisation, aligning with regional and global guidelines to increase relevance on social media and digital channels.
• Collaborate with the regional brand activation e‑commerce team to implement global and regional brand priorities across all digital touchpoints.
• Partner with local category leads to enhance digital storytelling and grow business units on digital channels.
• Leverage the CRM database to generate consumer insights, improve retention, acquisition and loyalty through targeted campaigns.
• Increase traffic to .com by activating local assets, communities and partners, and by managing link‑building activities.
• Execute the app content and download strategy to boost active user rates.
• Act as a digital ambassador, providing insights that drive digital transformation across the organization.
• Set objectives, develop skills of direct reports and ensure smooth cooperation across teams.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of CRM and e‑commerce as a digital expert.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive cross‑functional collaboration.
• Analytical mindset with the capacity to turn data into actionable decisions.
• Knowledge of SEO and search optimisation, combined with marketing experience.
