Digital Marketing Assistant – Social Media, Design & Content

About the role

You will support U.S.-based clients from our Lima office, executing social media, design, and email marketing tasks. The role requires hands‑on creation, scheduling, and performance tracking, following a defined content calendar.

Key responsibilities

• Build, schedule, and publish social media content across platforms, creating graphics and assets in Canva.
• Repurpose existing videos, blogs, and podcasts into social posts and email formats.
• Set up, format, and deploy email campaigns using Mailchimp, GoHighLevel, or similar tools.
• Track and report weekly metrics for social, email, and website channels.
• Support CRM updates, maintain content libraries, and provide light administrative assistance.

Required profile

• Strong spoken and written English (C1 preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or content support, preferably with BPO or U.S. client exposure.
• Ability to commute daily to the San Isidro office.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Canva for graphic creation.
• Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or GoHighLevel.
• Familiarity with social media scheduling tools and content management systems.
• Basic knowledge of Google Analytics, UTM tracking, and performance reporting.
