Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

Join Havas' Global Center of Excellence in Lima and lead paid‑media initiatives for international brands. You will design, launch and optimise high‑impact search and social advertising campaigns that drive measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage paid social campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and Twitter.
• Align campaign strategies with broader marketing objectives and brand guidelines.
• Define and refine audience segments using demographic and behavioural data.
• Manage budgets to maximise return on investment.
• Monitor performance metrics, generate regular reports and provide actionable insights.
• Conduct A/B tests on creatives, headlines and landing pages.
• Maintain detailed records of campaign strategies, results and creative assets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience managing paid campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads or Twitter Ads.
• Fluent English (B2+/C1 level) – a must.
• Strong analytical mindset with a data‑driven approach.
• Excellent written communication and copy‑writing abilities.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of social‑media trends and best practices.
