Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

Join Havas' Global Center of Excellence in Lima to design and execute high‑impact paid search and social advertising campaigns for global brands. You will work in a collaborative, data‑driven environment that blends international standards with local agility.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage paid social campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and Twitter.
• Align campaign strategies with overall marketing objectives and brand guidelines.
• Define and refine audience segments using demographic and behavioral data.
• Manage campaign budgets to maximize return on investment.
• Monitor performance metrics, generate regular reports and provide actionable insights.
• Conduct A/B tests on creatives, headlines and landing pages.
• Maintain detailed records of campaign strategies, results and creative assets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience managing paid campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn or Twitter.
• English proficiency at B2+/C1 level.
• Strong analytical mindset with a data‑driven approach.
• Excellent written communication and copywriting abilities.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of social media trends and best practices.
