Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, commercially driven Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and optimise digital campaigns across acquisition and retention channels. The role is fully remote and works closely with our Malta‑based team, aligning with Malta business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and TikTok, monitoring CPC, CPA, ROAS and other KPIs.
• Design, build and execute email, SMS and WhatsApp messaging journeys for prospect acquisition, KYC completion, deposits, re‑activation and loyalty.
• Develop and maintain automated marketing workflows triggered by registration, KYC, first deposit, trading activity or inactivity.
• Segment audiences, create retargeting strategies and manage budget allocation across channels to maximise conversion and acquisition cost efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of professional digital marketing experience, preferably in high‑volume acquisition sectors such as fintech, crypto or iGaming.
• Fluent in English and Spanish with strong analytical and budget management skills.
• Proven ability to run multiple campaigns simultaneously and deliver measurable results.
