Director, Segment and Channel Growth – Latin America

About the role

The Director, Segment and Channel Growth will lead a $590M portfolio across Industrial, Data Center, Utilities, C&I/Residential, and Channel Partners in Latin America. Reporting to the VP/GM of LATAM PCS, the role shapes strategy, drives growth, and partners with regional and functional leaders to deliver results.

Key responsibilities

• Own the customer, market, application and ecosystem perspective for assigned segments across Latin America.
• Define segment‑specific priorities, value pools and growth opportunities, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
• Partner with Marketing, Strategy & Growth, and Portfolio teams to shape where‑to‑play and how‑to‑win choices.
• Develop value propositions, roadmap inputs, localization and new‑product priorities for each segment.
• Monitor segment performance, market share and adoption, recommending corrective actions as needed.

Required profile

• 10+ years of progressive experience in segment management, business development, marketing, commercial strategy, sales or general management.
• Proven ability to translate customer and market insights into segment priorities across multiple countries.
• Experience working in complex matrix organizations and aligning cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Regional experience in Latin America is strongly preferred.
• Fluency in English and Spanish or Portuguese; proficiency in all three languages is a plus.
