Diseñador/a Animador/a Junior Freelance

About the role

VML Peru is seeking a Junior Freelance Designer/Animator to support the creation and adaptation of graphic and audiovisual assets for client campaigns. The position is ideal for a creative individual who wants to develop animation skills while working in a collaborative agency setting.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing and adapting graphic and video pieces for campaigns and tactical actions.
• Prepare adaptations for digital media, social networks, press, and other formats.
• Create simple animations and audiovisual content following creative guidelines.
• Perform retouches, adjustments, and updates of existing graphics.
• Support the production of POP materials, inserts, and other communication elements.
• Help prepare presentations and campaign materials.
• Maintain visual consistency across assigned projects.
• Participate in team meetings, contributing ideas and creative proposals.
• Collaborate with designers, art directors, and other team members to ensure proper execution of assets.

Required profile

• Graduate or bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Design, Advertising, Communications or a related field.
• Minimum of one year experience in advertising agencies, creative studios or design departments.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop.
• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator.
