Distribution Partner Specialist

About the role

Red Bull is looking for a Distribution Partner Specialist in Lima. The role represents and manages Red Bull's business with assigned Distribution Partners (distributors and wholesalers), developing annual business plans, driving growth and initiatives, and tracking KPIs so that distribution, execution and volume increase.

Key responsibilities

• KPI and performance management: deliver sales, distribution, coverage and Perfect Store targets, monitor performance, meet reporting deadlines and use reports to develop distributor KPIs.
• In-store execution: cover all agreed outlets at the right frequency, implement Perfect Store Standards and grow the Perfect Stores database on availability, distribution, pricing, visibility, placement and messaging.
• Commercial strategy: execute the channel business plan and align distributor teams for strong execution from day one.
• Team leadership: build a positive, creative team, train and coach distributor teams, and give continuous performance support.
• Stakeholder management: build strong relationships with distributors and key customers and foster open communication.

Required profile

• Preferred: administration or commercial degree.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in the off-premise FMCG sector.
• Motivation and team skills, with strong communication and organisational abilities.
• Valid A1 driver's licence.
• Advanced English preferred.

Required skills

• Good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Management reporting and budget control.
